Cons: Many of the seats in the beautiful Mikado showroom are blocked by large pillars, so you need to get there early to get good seats. If passengers use the spa, they may get a relaxing massage, but are then bombarded with sales calls and sales pitches for spa products for the remainder of the trip, so the relaxation factor is negligible. Breakfasts are reported to be of poor quality across the board.
