balconies. The ship interior is clean and attractive, overall. The Carnival Spirit has a very courteous and helpful staff. The water slide is extremely popular especially for the at sea days.

Cons: The dining room décor is over-the-top tacky with hot pink lighting. Entertainment is inconsistent – some shows are great and some are not worth the time. The food is not as good as on some cruise ships, and the room service menu is extremely limited. There is generally too much selling and too many announcements during meals.
