Pros: The ship is easy to find your way around

and very rarely feels crowded. The shows are entertaining and the children's program is excellent. The ship features a rock climbing wall, a miniature golf course and golf simulator, an ice-skating rink, and a top-of the-line spa and gym. There are also three pools, three whirlpool spas, and a water slide.

Cons: Service around the pools are not as good as in other places, and the pool areas are the only areas that gets really crowded. Customer service has not always been responsive to complaints, including complaints that children were attending – and participating in – adult-themed shows. There are often a lot of children on board and their parents don't always take responsibility for them!
