Although the ship is large, it will laid out in a way that makes sense, and is not hard to navigate. The room stewards are helpful, courteous, and eager to please.

Cons: There are many smoking areas, so that non-smokers end up smelling like smoke even when they try to avoid those areas. The spa treatments are not as great as they sound and there is a lot of “upselling” and pressure to spend even more money.
