outstanding. The room stewards and all other staff members try to keep passengers happy, relaxed, and satisfied. The kids' programs are good and offer different programs for younger children, older children, and teenagers. The ship has been recently refurbished and is kept clean.

Cons: The sound system on this ship is not very good. The food quality is inconsistent and dinner service can be very slow. Off-ship customer service is not very good in general.
